对可溶压裂桥塞设计的建议

Abstract:

Pumping-conveyed plug and perforation combination is one of the most commonly used techniques for horizontal well staged fracturing. The drillable composite bridge plug, the key tool of the technology, has the risk of hard to be drilled out when multi-stage use or casing deformation. Thus, the soluble fracturing plug is developed without being drilled, which can save time, cost and reduce risk. The composition, working principle, advantages and key parameters of two popular dissolvable fracturing bridge plugs are expounded. The design principles and suggestions are put forward for the key mechanism, such as the design of small outer diameter and anti-misoperation setting mechanism to ensure RIH successfully, adopting two-way slips or one-way slip with self-locking design to ensure plug sitting, adopting the design of PAWL and shear pin to ensure plug being threw away, and using soluble metal and rubber to guarantee to be dissolved. The main body of slip is made of soluble metal, coated with nickel-based alloy or inlaid with high hardness ceramic or hard alloy anchor teeth to solve the contradiction between anchoring and dissolving. Compared with other kinds of bridge plug, that provides a reference for the design of downhole tools such as bridge Plug.

摘要: 泵送桥塞射孔联作工艺是水平井分段压裂最常用的工艺之一,其前期使用的核心工具复合材料可钻桥塞存在多级使用或套管变形后,钻除风险大的问题,研制不需钻塞的可溶压裂桥塞,节约了时间、成本,降低了风险。针对两种常见可溶桥塞,阐述了其组成、原理、优势、关键参数。对其提出了设计原则和建议,采取小外径、防误坐封机构等设计,保证“下得去”;采取双向卡瓦或单向卡瓦加自锁等设计,保证“坐得住”;采取棘爪及剪切销钉等设计,保证“丢得开”;采取可溶金属及橡胶,保证“溶得掉”;卡瓦主体采用可溶金属,表面采用镍基合金涂层技术或镶嵌高硬度的陶瓷或硬质合金锚牙,解决锚定和溶解的矛盾。并与其他类桥塞进行了对比,为桥塞类井下工具的设计提供了参考。
